This location is awesome! The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They took us in on short notice while we were traveling home from vacation. Their prompt service and courtesy was top notch! We would highly recommend them to anyone

I have been a Firestone customer for very long time. They take great care of our vehicles. This was an unexpected visit... I know we were going to need to replace our tires and get alignment and oil change).We were budgeting to do so, soon. Well, our little anniversary getaway started with a random flat tire. (Happened even before leaving on the road trip)! Had to put the donut spare on and travel with it. Once arrived at our location. I researched and found this local store in the area. Upon the staff looking for proper OEM replacement tires for our vehicle. They made sure they were in stock. So upon arrival, the store manager (Doug), was super friendly and professional and HONEST. They got us in asap, very close to scheduled appointment time. We obviously have to wait for the vehicle. But there is so many different things to see in the downtown area of our state Capitol,( Harrisburg). People are so friendly and empathetic that we had to check out early from the hotel to have our vehicle serviced. Also that we will be waiting on the vehicle, and that this is unplanned detour. ( Definitely something my wife and I are laughing about today. Our car getting unexpected 'surgery ' ,

I recently had 4 tires delivered and made the appointment, but i had contacted the Firestone to let them know I could not make my appointment could I reschedule? He asked when I could be there i said 30 mins after my expected appointment. I was told we could take you then. When my fiancée arrived on time for the new slot she had to wait for an hour for them to even take the vehicle. They have a all glass waiting area, where the sun bakes you they had no AC. Then they had to call me and tell me that they could not find my tires. She was there a whole additional hour trying to figure out where they were. Firestone told me I should contact UPS and file a lost or stolen package claim. I then told them the exact date and time and which employee (the service manager) who signed for them so no I couldn't file a claim when they were signed as received. After contacting that employee who admitted remembering signing for the tires and receiving them they still could not find them. The manager said they actually carry those brand tires so maybe they got put away with their stock. I then asked if there was anyway they could have sold them accidentally. My boyfriend went out there and expressed their wonderful service. Morgan Harris was a great help and provided exceptional service beyond expectations. Very helpful and did a superb job on our tires for our Tacoma. Thank you!

Had a 3pm appointment. It was 3:47 before car was taken to Bay Area to start. It was 5:45 before 4 new tires were finished being installed. The price quotes over the phone before I made the appointment was $790 total price. When I went to pay at 5:45, the price was $853. When I asked about the price I was quoted, the man checking me out repeatedly said ‘I’m not from this store, I don’t know, there is no manager here and if I call a manager he won’t give me any discount codes’. So since we were traveling and from out of town and this appointment had taken almost 3 hours, I paid it. Left the tire shop with 4 brand newly installed tires. Got a 2 blocks away, car tire warning light came on saying all 4 brand new tires were low on tire pressure with pressures ranging 27,28,29, and 29. I stopped and aired all 4 tires to correct tire pressure! Drove several hours and stopped for the night at a hotel. Woke the next morning to low tire pressures (19,22,25,27) on brand new tires! Filled tires again to correct tire pressure! Went to drive car today (have not driven car with brand new tires on one week) with tire pressures 7,7,29,31. These are brand new newly installed tires.
